1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AgentHost.net ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including those on the waitlist, trial users, and paying customers.

2. Description of Service

AgentHost.net provides cloud infrastructure for deploying and managing autonomous AI agents, including but not limited to support for OpenClaw, AutoGPT, n8n, Flowise, and custom agentic workloads. The Service includes compute, storage, networking, and related managed services.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Be at least 18 years of age or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access to your account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Deploy agents that engage in spam, phishing, or other malicious activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other systems or networks
• Distribute malware, ransomware, or other harmful software
• Engage in cryptocurrency mining without explicit authorization
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Conduct denial-of-service attacks

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these policies without prior notice.

5. Billing and Payment

Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in our refund policy.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or damages resulting from service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

AgentHost.net and its logos, trademarks, and content are the property of AgentHost Infrastructure Group. You retain ownership of any data or code you deploy on the platform. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AgentHost Infrastructure Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will be revoked and your data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period. You are responsible for exporting any data you wish to retain before termination.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
